Claude Lesur innove en 2014 en mettant en place une nouvelle manière de concevoir les expositions internationales, par un échange d’expositions avec des amis artistes d’un autre pays. Sa fascination pour la Chine lui fait choisir ce pays.
En avril elle expose là-bas avec les artistes chinois au musée de Chongqing puis dans une galerie à Shanghai dans le cadre d'une exposition intitulée "Claude Lesur et ses amis chinois" où elle est invitée d'honneur.
En juillet ces artistes se joignent à elle en Picardie, pour une exposition itinérante à Laon, Bohain-en-Vermandois et Saint-Quentin, sous le titre de "Sur les pas de Matisse".

Claude Lesur innovated in 2014 when she set a new eye in the international exhibitions, by an exhibitions exchange with artists friends from another land. Her fascination for China let her choosing this country.
In April, she exhibited in this land with Chinese Artists in a Chongqing museum and then in a Shanghai art gallery with the exhibition called "Claude Lesur and her Chinese friends" where she was a honor guest.
In July, these artists joined her in the Picardy, for an itinerant exhibition in Laon, Bohain-en-Vermandois and Saint-Quentin, under the title "on the steps of Matisse".

Cet échange d'exposition est une confrontation vivifiante, ce sont deux mondes différents et des formes d'expression pourtant proches.

Les artistes chinois ont découvert la Picardie et ont pu séjourner dans le pays de Matisse, ce qui les a beaucoup touchés. L'exposition itinérante a commencé à Laon, puis est venue à Bohain en Vermandois et Fresnoy le Grand puis s'est terminé à Saint-Quentin.

The Chinese artists discovered the Picardy and could stay in the country of Matisse, what touched a lot them. The itinerant exhibition began in Laon, then came to Bohain en Vermandois and Fresnoy-le-Grand to end in Saint Quentin.

La suite de cette manifestation a eu lieu en juillet et août 2016 à la Galerie Saint Jacques à Saint Quentin. C'est un très bel espace qui mets en valeur les oeuvres des artistes.
Deux des peintres figurants dans cette exposition, ZHENG Ke et FENG Junxiong font partie du mouvement "figuration internationale" créé à l'If, qui regroupe des artistes de nationalité différentes, tous à contre courant de l'art officiel de notre époque, qui ont tous une même sensibilité et un refus de l'art conventionnel. Deux femmes peintres YAN Yun et HE Hongyu ont elles aussi participé à cette manifestation qui a eu beaucoup de succès.

The next part of this demonstration took place in July and August 2016 in the Saint-Jacques Gallery of Saint-Quentin. It is a very beautiful space which creates value for the works of the artists.
Two of the painters of this exhibition, ZHENG Ke and FENG Junxiong, are members of the "international representation movement ", which unites artists of different nationalities.
All these artists are against the flow of the official art from our times: they have the same sensibility and the refusal of the conventional art.
Two women painters, Yan Yun and HEY Hongyu, participated in this demonstration too, which was really successful.

Le bel aujourd'hui, huile de Claude Lesur, oeuvre expressionniste et coloriste qui traduit un bel été, dont un détaille sert de fond au site, la reproduction a été aussi choisie pour servir de page de couverture à sa monographie qui a été publiée en juillet 2016.
